Whether you’re renovating your home or starting a new build, we focus on clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and making the process as smooth as possible.
We take on clients who are ready to commit to the building process with a clear plan in place. This includes having preliminary design plans. Our goal is to create a smooth and efficient renovation experience, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed.
Please be aware we are currently booking out 8-12 months from the time pre-construction deposits are paid.

Initial Assessment
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll schedule a site visit to assess your space, discuss feasibility, and provide a ballpark price range.
Client Responsibilities:
Provide design plans
Share inspiration photos and any selections made
Communicate any must-haves or deal-breakers
Maven Construction Responsibilities:
Conduct site visit and assess current conditions
Identify permitting needs
Provide a ballpark estimate and potential timeline
If our ballpark price is within your range and you choose to move forward with us, we then enter the pre-construction phase.
Pre-Construction
Before we break ground, we’ll finalize all the details and logistics. This phase ensures everything is in place for a smooth renovation process.
Pre-Construction Includes:
Signing a pre-construction agreement and making a deposit payment
Creating a project schedule
Coordinating permits and subcontractors
Finalizing finishes and materials (tile, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, etc.)
Client Responsibilities:
Approve final plans and selections
Sign contracts
Make deposit payments
Ensure access to the site
Construction
With plans finalized and materials ready, we move into the build phase. Our team handles everything from demolition to final finishes, keeping you updated along the way.
What to Expect:
Access to our project management and scheduling software Jobtread
Regular progress updates and walk-throughs
Client Responsibilities:
Provide timely approvals and site access
Stay engaged and address any decisions that arise
Maven Construction Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the build with precision
Coordinate all subcontractors & materials
Maintain timelines
Final Walk-Through & Completion
Before we call it a wrap, we’ll walk through the space together to ensure everything meets expectations. If any final touches or adjustments are needed, we’ll take care of them before we officially hand the space back over to you.
Completion Includes:
Final cleaning and touch-ups
Walk-through and approval
Any necessary refinements
Closing documentation and warranty information
Client Responsibilities:
Review completed work
Provide final payment
